Albuquerque is known as a health resort as well ^ as a jobbing center, and farming has been taken up J very rapidly in the Rio Grande Valley adjacent to ^ Albuquerque and wonderful results are being ob- * tained from the fertile soil, which is irrigated from the Eio Grande, a mile from the heart of Albu- querque.
The McKinley Land and Lumber Company have their enormous plant in Albuquerque, and the city has just received a new industrial addition in % the Wliitmer-Jackson Sash and Door Factory, a new cement brick company, and a number of other new industries which have been formed and founded upon thorough and efficient financing and are successful from the start.

Albuquerque has never had a boom. Its pro- trress has been naturally slow but steady.
Its Chamber of Commerce housed in its own building, located on the corner of Fourth and Gold, is active in every particular, and visitors or those interested in'xvew Mexico are invited to direct their inquiries to the Chamber of Commerce where they will be attended to in every detail.
Albuquerque's slogan ^^Step Lively is a pace its citizens attempt to keep up and its message to the world is that the world is invited to Albuquerque, where health, wealth and prosperity abound for all.

Read These Facts:
HAS a circulation exceeding: by several hundred the combined circula- tions of the other daily papers ot the state.
GOES into more homes, othces, work shops and camps than any other daily or weekly in New Mexico or Northern Arizona, thus assuring- the advertisers the benefits of increasing- publicity.
A STRONG papf-r, editorially and locally wieldinpr a force for erood throug-hout the SouLhvs-e«t. e.'-pecially in New Mexico, where it circulates more extensively than elsewhere, thus acting as an advertising medium without the semblance of a rival in its field.
IT carries more national advertising- than any other paper in either New Mexico or Arizona, which proves the fact that the national advertiser seeks the paper with a circulation, combined with service and cooperation.
IT carries columns every day. and double the amount on Sundays, of classified advertisem» nis of all kinds, placing it in the front ranks as a me- dium for the humhi-'st and smallest advertiser, and practically assuring- prompt and substantial results.
IN conclusion, if you have a worthy proposition, or an article of any kind, which you are anxious to tjet before the reading- public, communicate with '
